I began teaching Fine Art Black and White Photography in 1998.

In 2003 I moved to Queenstown, New Zealand with Mike Langford and established Queenstown Centre for Creative Photography that specialises in Landscape and Art Photography Workshops based from Queenstown. We moved to Twizel (near Mount Cook in the South Island) in 1999 and changed our name to Creative Photography Workshops. In Twizel I have an extended studio space where I can teach on a one to one and small group basis. Topics include: Encaustic Photography, In-Camera expressive techniques and more, just ask.

New Zealand Workshop Destinations include:the incredibly beautiful landscapes of Fiordland National Park and Stewart Island  the wonderful gold trails of Central Otago, to the awe inspiring winter landscape of Aoraki National Park, the Authentically Kiwi southern landscapes called The Catlins and Stewart Island as well as South Westland and the North West area to Karamea.

Visit our dedicated Photo Workshop website www.qccp.co.nz  for more details.

I would love to share my way of seeing with you.

Mike and I not only endeavour to get you to the right places at the right times for the best light and photographic opportunities we also teach you and help you to 'see' photographically.

At the completion of each workshop I make a book that celebrates everyones favourite images
